Apple To Announce Airpods 3, Apple Music HiFi Streaming Support

Apple is coming up with a new announcement soon. Apple may soon announce the third-generation Air pods in a very subdued manner this time. Because of the pandemic situations across the world, Apple won’t be able to host an event to launch these products instead they will opt for the press release through its website. With Airpods 3, Apple will also launch Apple Music Hifi Streaming as well. This streaming will support Dolby Atmos, Dolby Audio, and lossless audio as well.

Let’s see the features of Airpods 3:-

The design is a little different from the previous version of the Airpods. But this will be aided by the “Sip” which means System in package chip solutions. Because of this “Sip”, the components of the design can be small in size and the battery can be adjusted accordingly.

The leaked images on the internet show us that the Airpods 3 design is in between the Airpods 2 and Airpods pro. The users may get the additional new feature which is the water and sweat resistance feature.  

In Airpods 3, it is quite unlikely that we may get the full active noise cancelling options. There could be a number of hardware upgrades which includes longer battery life and more listening and talking time with wireless charging case.

These are the features of the Airpods 3, The product is rumored to be revealed on May 18^th 2021. In terms of the pricing, It could be possible that the Airpods 3 may go for the $99 or they can increase it to $150 as well.

Let’s see about Apple Music Hifi Streaming Support:-

Apple is working on a Hifi plan for Apple Music. This streaming support is releasing soon and it will cost $9.99/per month as the regular subscription. This Hifi Streaming supports Dolby Atmos, Dolby Audio, and Lossless Audio as well. Before this, the music app has never supported Dolby Atmos or Dolby Audio.

With this new HiFi Version, the songs will have less audio compression and the sound quality will be better and more detailed. Now coming to the Lossless audio, the benefit of this lossless audio is it doesn’t take more space for the song. A 3 minute long song will be 1.5MB in size.

As mentioned above the subscription price for this Hifi Streaming will be around $9.99/per month. In India Price Maybe Rs: 99/- per Month. This is to give strict competition to Spotify who has already introduced Hifi Streaming and raised the subscription price.
